This is a premium replacement door gasket kit for Heat N Glo wood stoves and inserts. It replaces the factory 832-1680 gasket and restores a proper door seal to improve burn efficiency and reduce air leaks.

The kit includes a 3/4" round medium/firm density fiberglass rope gasket and high-temperature RTV silicone adhesive designed specifically for door gasket installation.

Always confirm your existing gasket diameter and length before ordering.

• Remove old gasket and scrape out as much old adhesive as possible.
• Apply a thin, even bead of the included RTV silicone in the channel.
• Lay gasket into place without stretching or bunching.
• Trim to length if needed and press firmly all the way around.
• Allow to set for at least 1 hour before firing the stove.

RTV silicone is the correct flexible adhesive for door gaskets. Furnace cement is not used for gasket installation.
